This Dr. Hauschka body oil equips your skin with strengthening impulses from the hardy blackthorn plant, which blooms in the earliest days of spring and produces the first wild fruit of the year. All of this energy and delicacy is contained in the formulation of our Blackthorn Toning Body Oil. When applied during a massage, it serves to strengthen, warm and tone the skin. It is therefore highly recommended for use during pregnancy. The blackthorn oil can also help combat exhaustion and provides welcome support through the colder, darker seasons.

Supple, toned skin depends upon skin elasticity. Blackthorn Toning Body Oil, containing tender blackthorn blossoms, birch leaves, sun-drenched St. John’s wort and jojoba oil, supports skin elasticity and the skin’s natural processes of renewal, to help fortify stressed skin. Drawing on these properties, Blackthorn Toning Body Oil minimises the appearance of stretch marks. Formulation: Blackthorn blossoms, birch leaves and St. John’s wort are combined with sunflower oil, then carefully blended using unique rhythmic processing methods to allow the properties of the nurturing plants to be transferred to the oil.

Apply evenly and massage into skin. Applying to moist skin after bathing or showering provides the most effective absorption.

For specialised massage that maintains skin elasticity, hold oiled skin between your thumb and index finger, pull it upwards slightly in a pinching motion and then release. Repeat five times per skin area.

General recycling information.
- Do not forget to rinse out packaging like bottles, containers and tubes.
- Unscrew/remove the lid/seal.
- Enter all packaging components into the designated recyclable materials cycle – i.e., glass in the glass bin, paper and cardboard in the paper bin, and plastic, pumps, metal and composite materials in the recyclable waste bin.
