Revitalising Leg & Arm Tonic invigorates and tones the skin. This botanical blend warms and stimulates skin on cold mornings, or in preparation for exercise. After a long day of sitting or standing, it refreshes and energises limbs for continued activity. As part of your Dr. Hauschka Body Care routine, regular use of Revitalising Leg & Arm Tonic may help to reduce the appearance of varicose veins and cellulite as part of a healthy lifestyle including proper nutrition and regular massage. Usage

Apply evenly to the legs, feet and arms, massaging towards the heart. Repeat as needed. Allow to absorb before dressing.

For dry skin, blend Revitalising Leg & Arm Tonic with any Dr. Hauschka body oil. For dry, rough feet, Hydrating Foot Cream offers cool, comforting care. Deodorising Foot Cream refreshes and manages excess moisture.

Tips

Relax and enliven legs and feet by soaking feet in Sage Purifying Bath Essence. Next, bring ease and comfort to the legs by massaging Revitalising Leg and Arm Tonic in an upward motion toward the heart. Finally, massage the feet with Deodorising Foot Cream for soothing foot care.

In addition to Revitalising Leg & Arm Tonic, for tired, swollen feet, we recommend Hydrating Foot Cream which offers cool, comforting care. Deodorising Foot Cream refreshes and manages excess perspiration.

A postpartum life saver!

I bought this to use during my 2nd pregnancy as I am edging ever closer to being 40 and my legs were feeling it, heavy, tired and aching at night. I used it a little and thought it helped but it really showed it's magical abilities post partum as my legs completely seized up aching and heavy... but with a good dose of this tonic morning and night they felt tingling, light and and energised. I think it also helped with some spider/thread veins that had appeared as they are all but gone now. Excellent five star product.

Unique tonic for legs and arms

This is one Hauschka product I'd not tried until very recently, but turned to it after a period of ill-health to give me back a feeling of energy in my limbs. It definitely does deliver an enlivening feeling: the smell is richly herbal and the formula absorbs quickly into skin, leaving it feeling tighter and more toned - I'd say it is like a toner for your body really.
4 stars because I would love this in a bigger size at a slightly better price point and I would also like to see a mist cap instead of the pouring one that it currently has.

Leg and Arm Tonic

If my legs or arms need refreshing and require a pick me up this is what I turn too. It dries quickly and feels like it does just enough to properly be effective. I love the smell of the fresh aroma and have been using this for years. Its genuinely natural herby aroma makes me feel uplifted. Legs get a tonic.
