This cream was pleasant enough and felt nice, however I didn't find it stank in quickly, it's perfect for an evening, but not a day cream for me, I need one that absorbs quickly, I did find it had a lovely fragrance, again perfect for an evening in my opinion.

I have dry skin and this felt so soothing. It’s balmy cream that locked in hydration. My foundation went over it flawlessly without pilling at all.

My skin feels very moisturised

It keeps my skin well moisturised throughout the day without feeling too heavy or greasy. The texture is rich yet comfortable, and my skin feels soft, calm, and nourished after using it.

This cream smells gorgeous, is lovely and moisturised. Very thick a little harder to spread but left my face feeling wonderfully soft even at the end of the day I could still feel how smooth my skin felt

I suffer with naturally red skin that is combination. This sunk in the skin quickly and smoothly, allowing me to apply my make up shortly after. My skin looked less red and glowing. I felt like my skin felt soft and hydrated all day long.

Dr Hauschka rose day cream

After day one of applying this cream my skin looked glowing and instantly different. The menopause has dried out my skin and I’ve tried a few different face creams which haven’t done anything. This was surprisingly effective and I could see a difference with the dark circles underneath my eyes too . Highly recommend …. It’s applied and feels thick and creamy but is absorbing straight onto the skin . Very effective and has a lovely scent too . 5 out of 5 for me !!

my testing experience

I’ve been using Rose Day Cream for a while and honestly I’m pleasantly surprised. The texture is light, absorbs quickly, and doesn’t leave that greasy “I basted my face for dinner” feeling. My skin feels softer, more hydrated, and looks fresher throughout the day. I also really like the subtle rose scent, noticeable but not overpowering. After regular use, my skin feels smoother and more nourished. Definitely a lovely addition to my skincare routine.

The Dr Hauscha is a thick, rich, nourishing, luxurious cream. It does take a few minutes to dry and appears greasy at first but this gets absorbed into the skin and it is great as a base layer under make up! I have sensitive skin but this cream was so gentle and comforting. I am sold and will be buying some!!

Apricot Cream - I love it.

The Apricot Cream is wonderful. You only need the smallest amount, it has great coverage and I use it morning and night. It has a lovely perfume too, reminds me of wonderful massages! I can still feel a slight residue on my skin in the morning which is really nice especially in winter time when my face feels dry. Great product.

Great for Sensitive Skins

I haven't used this but have bought it for a friend who has extremely sensitive skin and adores rose scent. She said it's the only cream she's been able to use that doesn't have a bad reaction and she's delighted with it. Dr Hauschka has a new customer there.

Lovely moisturiser

I used this years ago but it was too rich, however as my skin has changed over the years, it's now perfect. I prefer a lighter moisturiser under make up, but on non make up days it's perfect and comforting.

First of all, I love the rose scent.
The cream is a bit thick for my liking, but it’s not greasy at all.
It says it’s a day cream, but I’m not sure if it provides UV protection. So, I used it with my UV-protecting cream on top.

I received a small sample to use and I must say I really like it. I have perimenopausal skin that has become very sensitive, prone to dryness, with hormonal breakouts on my chin area.
Although the Rose Day cream is quite thick in consistency, it does go on really well and sinks into the skin quickly without too much tugging of the skin. The cream is unctuous, but I tend to favor lighter creams. I was hoping for a pleasant fragrance, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. After using it, I didn't notice any significant softness in my skin. It might be a decent cream, but I can't form a solid opinion based on just a sample.

My skin won't tolerate any other moisturizer. This is so dreamy, feels thick the first time you use it but you quickly get used to it and no other cream compares. I've used a cream longer than this one. Still my #1.

20 years and still the best face cream Ive ever bought.

I've been using this cream for over 20 years and it's still the best. I've always had dry, sensitive skin that tends to have the occasional breakout and now it's also mature. This cream soothes and balances my skin and I just love the fresh smell of roses which is a lovely natural smell unlike a lot of other rose products I've tried. I use it over top of a homemade rose hydrosol and veg glycerine and it keeps my face soft and glowing all day.

I love this face cream! As a 59-year old with dry skin, the texture is perfect for my skin. It's thicker than other creams, but easily absorbs into the skin. As there is no sun-protection barrier, I tend to apply a sun cream over this cream.
I really like the smell too. A delicate hint of rose.

Perfect for dry mature skin

This cream is a treat for my dry mature skin , it instantly makes it feel more comfortable and subtle, it also smells lovey.

I have mature, with patches of dry, with some outbreaks, and sensitive skin. This is a joy to use, it doesn't take much of the cream to cover the face where needed.
I use with soothing cleansing milk and toner. After about 10 days I had some small break outs but they didn't come to much, after a bit over 2 weeks I noticed that the texture of my skin felt softer.
Usually I use un-fragranced products but the scent of the day cream is beautiful (the toner and cleanser are lovely too)

Luxuriously creamy with a heavenly scent

It is no surprise that this product tops the list of Dr Hauschka favourites. I have used it for over twenty years on my mature skin and was delighted when my French daughter-in-law also became a convert after I gave some to her as a gift. I use it mainly during the winter months alternating it Quince Day Cream on warmer days of the year.

Nothing else comes close

I have tried both the Rose Day Cream and the Rose Day Cream Light and both are like nothing else on my skin. I have eczema and very sensitive dry skin so it's hard to find a product that doesn't make my skin red and inflamed this makes my skin feel hydrated and look dewy all day. The best moisturisers out there and the Light version is perfect for the warmer weather too.
