How Do I Exercise?

  • Stand or sit in front of a mirror.
  • Be aware that you are using the correct muscles.
  • You shouldn’t feel pain. If you do, stop immediately.
  • Do the exercise daily, starting off with 3-5 repetitions, building up slowly.

For Crow's Feet, Flabby Eyelids and Puffiness

  • Without tension close your eyes.
  • With your eyes still closed, look inwards towards the base of your nose and squint with your pupils pulled tightly inwards. Hold for a few seconds.
  • Open your eyes wide and immediately stare at a fixed point. Be careful not to lift your eyebrows or forehead muscles.
  • Gently close your eyes and rub your hands together. When they are warm, place them over your eyes for a few seconds until your eyes feel relaxed.
