Translucent Make Up 01 Reviews
natural looking foundation
Rating:
nice even colour and texture, looks better after its settled for a minute. It stays in place all day and doesn't shrink like some high street brands and is very natural looking. I agree with the others, its thick so use sparingly and also not great at covering blemishes so concealer is needed.
Brilliant natural foundation
Quite thick, so best to apply it sparingly at first then build it up to acheive the required coverage. I have pale skin and shade 01 is ok for me, although I wouldn't want it to be any darker. I find it easy to apply and it gives good coverage, but as with most foundations, you may need a concealer as well if you have dark undereye circles or spots. Gives a lovely natural, 'flawless' look, and best of all there's no chemicals to aggravate your skin - I was getting lots of spots and blemishes but my skin improved really dramatically after I switched to using this instead of high street brand foundation. Quite honestly this is the best foundation I've used - it cost a lot more than I'd normally spend on makeup but having used it I won't hesitate to buy it again.
Foundation that's worth a try.
The Intrada transluscent foundation is a truly lovely makeup product. It does take a couple of applications to get used to, as it has a slightly creamier consistency than most other high street brands. It is worth the effort to get used to because after a few minutes settling time it leaves your skin glowing and healthy. It also seems to have helped rectify the spots I used to get - added bonus.
Number 01 is definitely the one to use if you have a typical British skin colour.
One minor downside is that the packaging does not enable you to see when you are running low and need to order more!

This foundation is really nice. It smells good and the colour gives you a slight glow! Only problem is that if you have quite red spots it doesn't cover them up so well, so use a cover stick with the foundation.
New formula
I have been using this make up for several years. Since they put it in the new container I find I am allergic to it around my eyes. Something must have changed in the formula. I still have some of the old foundation and that is fine on my face.
