When I am tired after exercise or dog walking and need to re-awaken ready to carry on, spruce bath does it everytime... I don't know where I would be without it - it clears the head, body and takes you to the middle of a spruce forest when wallowing in it's vapours......

I am able to dream I am in a bath in the middle of a forest when I close my eyes when using Spruce Bath!!! This product does wonders for my inner self. Absolutely wonderful. It lasts a very long time so I feel I can be very indulgent...frequently!

Spruce Bath is incredibly refreshing, especially on cold winter nights. A few drops added to my bath water were enough to lift my senses and relax me before bedtime. The scent is quite invigorating. It reminds me of walking through woodlands in autumn. Heavenly.
Spruce Bath is brilliant
I got this for Christmas, i suffer very frequently with sinus problems, and this is amazing, instantly it clears my nose and helps me breath normally. I have tried many things and this is the best!

Possibly my favourite smell in the whole world -- I actually get cravings for it.
Just, well , brilliant!
I used this during the winter months and found that it helped to clear my nose and head and was also very relaxing but also, if I used it in the morning, I felt really refreshed for the rest of the day.
