Elysia Family Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to the Elysia Family Loyalty Scheme.

The definitions set out below will apply to the whole of this document:
- Business
- means Elysia whose address is at Unit 1, Stockwood Business Park, Stockwood, Redditch, B96 6SX
- Customer
- means any person who has made who has made a purchase from the Business. For clarity, Customer does not mean trade customers.
- Customers Point Balance
- means the amount of Points in the Customers' Loyalty Scheme Account.
- Loyalty Scheme
- means the scheme under which Customers can collect Points when purchases are made from the Business.
- Loyalty Scheme Account
- means the account which the Business will set up in order to record the Points earned and redeemed by the Customer.
- Points
- means the points that are earned by Customers when purchases are made from the Business by way of mail order (by post or telephone) and those websites that the Business uses to sell its products.

These terms and conditions govern the collection and use of Points and set out the terms of the contract between the Business and every Customer which Points are awarded under the Loyalty Scheme;

In order to become a member of the Loyalty Scheme a Customer must be resident within the UK and over the age of 18;

Every Customer which becomes part of the Loyalty Scheme is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

The Business will set up a Loyalty Scheme Account for each Customer in order to record Points earned or redeemed by each Customer;

A Customer must spend at least £1 in a single transaction in order for Points to be awarded and the number of Points awarded in respect of each purchase will stated next to the product;

Points are not awarded on any gift vouchers purchased by Customers. Other products may also be excluded from the Loyalty Scheme at the absolute discretion of the Business;

Points awarded cannot be redeemed for cash and do not have any monetary value;

Each Customer will be able to view a statement detailing the number of Points that they have earned and redeemed. t online at www. drhauschka.co.uk

A Customer cannot make a part payment of points toward a purchase. A Customer must collect the full amount of points needed for the purchase;

Points can only be redeemed by Customers on select products and ranges details of which shall be set out on the Business' website www. drhauschka.co.uk;

If a purchase is made with Points and the product purchased is faulty the Customer's Point balance will be re-credited if the Business thinks in its absolute discretion that a re-credit is necessary. No cash refund will be given to a Customer in these circumstances;

If the relevant purchases to which the Points awarded to the Customer relate are returned or cancelled for any reason the Points awarded for that purchase will be removed from the Customers Point Balance;

Once Points have been redeemed against Purchases they cannot be used again;

The Business may at any time change the number of Points that can be collected by Customers on purchases. The Business will let Customers know of any such changes and notices will be displayed at www. drhauschka.co.uk;

The Business can take any action which it considers appropriate if they have reason to believe that a Customer is abusing the Loyalty Scheme;

The Business may at any time and without notice withdraw a Customer from the Loyalty Scheme;

The Business may close any Loyalty Scheme Account on which no Points have been earned or redeemed for a continuous period of at least 14 months without giving the Customer any notice;

A Customer can close their Loyalty Scheme Account at any time by notifying the Business in writing. The Business will then endeavour to close the Customer's Loyalty Scheme Account as soon as is reasonably possible;

If a Customer is in breach of any of these terms and conditions the Business can close the Customer's Loyalty Scheme Account without giving the Customer any such notice of the Business doing so;

The Business can at any time cancel or withdraw the Loyalty Scheme in its entirety and will provide reasonable notice before so doing;

If a Loyalty Scheme Account is closed the Customer will lose all rights to redeem the Points earned from that Loyalty Scheme Account;

Points can only be earned and redeemed as set out in these terms and conditions;

The Loyalty Scheme is only for personal and consumer use by the Customer. Points earned by Customers under the Loyalty Scheme cannot be transferred or sold or in any way traded;

The Business reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The Business will give Customers notice of any changes. Such changes will be displayed on the Business' website at www. drhauschka.co.uk;

The governing law of these terms and conditions shall be that of England and Wales;

The Courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction to settle any dispute between the Business and any Customer whether arising in connection with these terms and conditions or otherwise;

If any of these terms and conditions is not valid at law then the Customer and the Business agree that the Courts of England and Wales may make those changes necessary to these terms and conditions to make them valid;

The Customer and the Business are the only parties entitled to the benefit of these terms and conditions;

The Customer may provide the Business with notices to the address contained within the definition of Business;

No variation of these terms and conditions shall be valid unless agreed in writing with the Business.
