Arnica (Arnica Montana) Extract

A plant from the daisy family, with radiant yellow flowers. Dr.Hauschka uses biodynamically or organically grown Arnica montana as� an essence and as an oil extract.� Arnica montana is a native flower of Central Europe and is found in barely fertilised pastures and heathland of the high mountains. It has wound healing, disinfecting and anti-inflammatory properties. It aids tissue regeneration, relieves pain and soothes sore muscles.

Birch-Arnica Oil

Birch leaf and Arnica combine to relieve aches and pains in muscles making this an ideal oil following workouts and other physical activities. Flexibility is restored and the body is energised.
